
Walk in Gratitude was born during a period in my life when I was experiencing lots of turmoil, and I was driven to find a better way to cope.
So I embarked on a 60-day journey of gratitude. I found that focusing on gratitude helped to smooth the rough patches out. It didn’t solve my problems, but my problems stopped feeling so overwhelming.
My gratitude journey made me want to share my experience with others.
It led me to create my “Walk in Gratitude” journal, a 60-day guided journey in gratitude.
